It is more important for you to have worked in a manufacturing environment, and acquired some experience in production processes. It will be an advantage if you have three to five years of working knowledge in a manufacturing environment. The only educational requirements to participate in our online lean training is that you are able to read, write and understand basic math. Anyone from a shop floor associate, up to the executive management level can participate and learn from our lean training courses.
What is a Level 1 – Lean Awareness?
Level 1 – Lean Awareness course is based on an original on-site executive overview that was delivered in one business day (or eight hours). It covers the basic concepts and terminology of lean principles. It is our foundational course.
